- All State employees are eligible: full-time, part-time, or temporary
- Legal Plan:
Employee AND your spouse, any of your children living at home under the age of 21, never married, any full-time college students under the age of 23, never married, any child living at home who you are the legal guardian of, never married and under the age of 18; and any disabled child living at home. - Identity Theft:
Employee AND spouse or significant other - What is the cost?
- Legal Plan Only: $15.95 per month
Add on identity theft for only $9.95 = $25.90 per month
